About the event
The 10th Annual Eternal Rest 5K Run/Walk returns to the scenic and historic Wilmington & Brandywine Cemetery this fall. This community favorite blends fitness, fun, and fall spirit—complete with a Halloween twist. Participants are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy a crisp autumn run or walk through the tree-lined paths of one of Wilmington’s most beautiful landmarks.
Proceeds from the event directly benefit the Wilmington & Brandywine Cemetery, helping preserve its rich history and serene grounds for generations to come. After the late-afternoon race, participants can gather for refreshments, food, and connection as the sun sets over the city.
