We bring together women of all ages, demographics and life chapters -- bringing us together over moving our bodies and connecting in a healthier way. A great way to deepen current relationships as well as begin new friendships. Grab a friend or come solo -- no one walks alone!

About the event
Join us for our women-only walk club.
We meet at various trails, walking paths, and neighborhoods as we explore the beauty of getting outside in Delaware. This is a women-only group in an effort to connect women while providing enhanced safety as we walk in a group. We believe that this is the perfect time to meet new women, come solo or with a friend, take the time to catch up with someone you love in a healthier way, or connect with a coworker in a refreshing environment. Dogs and strollers are welcome and encouraged but please be mindful of reactivity with dogs as well as the occasional short set of stairs for strollers if it occurs.
We want you to use this time to disconnect from your phone, get off the couch, and be with other likeminded women that just want to feel better mentally and physically.

All classes through the Spread Good Karma foundation are donation based, please enjoy them as complimentary classes if it is what you need. If you would like to attend for free – you must enter “$0.00” at the checkout screen. We want health and wellness to be accessible to all, and serve as the healthier community connection space for all things preventative healthcare.
