We're teaming up with HiLo House Fitness for a collaboration that benefits the Spread Good Karma Foundation!
Join us for HiLo Strong — 50 minutes of full-body, endurance work on the Lagree Megaformer™ that strengthens, sculpts, and stretches from head to toe. All levels are welcome, and no experience is needed — the HiLo squad will guide you every step of the way.
$15 per class // proceeds support free wellness programming for our community
Grip socks are required (available for purchase if you don't have your own)
Arrive 15 minutes early if this is your first time on the Megaformer
