Join the Spread Good KARMA Foundation for a free, open-air pilates class in the pavilion at the Delaware Horticulture Center. This is your invitation to slow down, connect with your neighbors, and feel good — right in the middle of the neighborhood you love.
No experience needed. All bodies, all levels, all welcome. Just bring your mat and meet us in the garden.
