Roll out your mat + join us for a pilates class right in the heart of Trolley Square.
This is a bodyweight class — no equipment needed, no experience needed. Just you, your mat, + 45 minutes of intentional movement to reset your week. Our instructor will guide modifications throughout, so whether it's your first pilates class or your hundredth, you'll find your pace.
