We're taking pilates somewhere new: The Picklr in Newark!
Join the Spread Good KARMA Foundation for a free, all-levels pilates class in a space built for movement. Whether you've never done pilates before or you're a regular, you belong here. All we ask is that you bring your mat and show up ready to move.
