Whether you are overwhelmed, stressed, need some loving touch, or just want to clock out for a bit -- Katie's Thai Vedic Yin Yoga class is sure to bring you the rest that you need.
Beginning with complimentary tea and a mindset chat, the practice shifts into a restorative yoga class utilizing bolsters and other props to allows your body to feel supported while deepening not only the stretching of the physical body, but the stretching of the mind as well. Thai Vedic certified, Katie will use healing touch to ensure you feel taken care of and held in the space.
