Learn to slow down, get into nature, and see the world differently. This beginner-friendly class invites participants to explore photography as both a creative outlet and a wellness practice. Using DSLR cameras, students will move beyond automatic mode while developing core skills in mindfulness, patience, presence, and artistic awareness—key tools not just for beautiful outdoor photography, but for everyday balance.
Rooted in the belief that creativity and connection to nature can support mental health, this class was inspired by a personal journey of healing. Kelsey Holveck found photography as a lifeline during her own path to recovery, and now offers this experience in hopes that it becomes a source of peace, presence, and purpose for others.
