The run club that was designed to get you up and moving-- truly no matter what level or where you are beginning from.
Whether you're trying out running by rotating with walking and jogging... if you're a parent that wants to bring a jogging stroller... if you want to improve your run pace... or if you just want the accountability regardless of where you currently are, this is the run club for you.
We run together on a track to stay in a controlled, safe environment where we can all be together in the same group. We have three different variations, so that you can be with your pace while clearly seeing the growth…
