We’re turning up the intensity with March Madness: Mega Men Edition.
Join us at HiLo House for a men’s-only, full-body endurance workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
This 50-minute session on the Lagree MegaFormer™ is built for those who want to push limits, sculpt muscle, and improve mobility in a high-intensity, low-impact environment. Grip socks are required! If you do not own any pairs, there are socks available for purchase at the studio.
This workout was designed for men who want to level up their fitness, break a sweat, and build resilience—both physically and mentally. Whether you're new to Lagree or a seasoned pro, expect a powerful, results-driven workout that will leave you feeling stronger than ever.
