About the event
Pace Keepers is more than a run club—it’s a mission-driven community built exclusively for First Responders, Nurses, Military Service Members, and Veterans. Their mission is to promote physical fitness and mental resilience by uniting those who serve through the power of running. Each gathering is a step toward wellness, connection, and strength—on and off the trail.
Every Saturday at 11:00am, Pace Keepers meets in the Grain H2O parking lot in Bear, Delaware, for a group stretch, followed by a beautiful run along the C&D Canal Trail (Michael Castle Trail), and ends with a cool-down stretch. Runners of all levels are welcome, and family and friends are encouraged to join. Afterward, participants often stick around to grab food and drinks together at Grain H2O—because the fellowship is just as important as the fitness.
