About the event
Postpartum is one of the most transformational times of a woman's life, and often the most neglected.
This workshop is designed to teach you everything about what to expect in the 4th Trimester just like all the apps teach you what to expect during pregnancy.
Led by Laura McHugh- Mom of 2, Owner of Holding Mom Postpartum, NICU Nurse, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Postpartum Nurse Navigator- we will cover everything you need to know about the postpartum hormone shifts, emotional and physical changes, and how to spot red flags + what to do about it.
