About the event
SHIFT Circle is a monthly Project MS Shift community gathering designed to create a welcoming, come-as-you-are space for people living with Multiple Sclerosis, caregivers, and anyone navigating chronic illness. Each gathering includes meaningful conversation, peer support, quiet participation if preferred, and gentle wellness activities centered around connection and care.
