Lauryn Elder is a behavior analyst, trauma specialist, certified health coach, and creative who finds joy in helping others reconnect with what matters most. She blends mindfulness, art, and reflection to help others find clarity and alignment in their lives. Lauryn believes growth happens when we connect with our values and express them in meaningful ways.
Join Lauryn for an evening of reflection and creation as we look back on the past year and visualize the next through gentle self-assessment, guided visualization, and collage art. You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and connected to your intentions for the year ahead.
All materials will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring along a few magazines, photos, or personal touches. If you enjoy reflecting through writing, a journal is always welcome — and there will be prompts available to explore before, during, or after your creative process.
